I really hated painting this. I am so glad I finished this because now I don't ever have to look at it again! :XD: I had such an intense art block today, but the show closes tomorrow and I hate asking for extensions.. So I pushed through it! It looks quite simple, but there are so many hours of anguish behind this haha.

I'm happy with the sky however. It had been drizzling in the morning, and the sky was beginning to clear. I think I pulled that off okay if I do say so myself.

I'm also happy that I drew JJ again. I kind of missed it. I love his markings and his head shape. And look at how wonderfully he's tucking his legs up! He definitely overachieved in this round - that we're sure of, unlike we were here. :XD:

You always seem to manage pulling off everything even when you don't wish to be doing it. Your style is just to die for, and I love the fact you have a few different ones. Trying not to fave your whole gallery but it's diffecult -_-

Honestly I wasn't happy with my placement either D: I tried so hard with this one, especially because I did it trying to push through an art block. :( Thanks love :heart:

I absolutely love the detail you put into your pieces. That tack is amazing. :D And that's some brilliant shading there, too. But I think that compared with your other pieces, this one lacks soul a bit. Might be from the fact you didn't enjoy painting it. :P Still, as a standalone, it is great. :D
