This is my favorite piece from my own gallery. I just had so much fun from start to finish, and I am almost 100% happy with how everything came out.
I got particularly a lot of enjoyment from using very saturated and "un-obvious" colors for once. Purple and yellow, not the first colors you think of when you hear the word "winter."

I know this looks "messy." But I wasn't going to a super refined style, but rather something more painterly and free. I spent quite a while on this. I hope I won't get docked points for trying something new D:
The show was set either in an indoor or outdoor arena. There was about 1 inch of snow, (and still snowing) which was kind of going slushy. That actually was a bit more difficult to draw than I had expected, but I hope I pulled it off.
